Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Acquisition Management Support Specialist to provide expert acquisition and program management support to Navy Program Managers under PMS 470. This senior role intersects strategy, policy, and execution within the DoD acquisition enterprise.

The incumbent will deliver actionable analysis, develop briefs and decision documents, monitor milestones, and coordinate with SES and executive stakeholders. Remote work none; on-site in Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Navy or DoD acquisition programs.
• Strong knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) and FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management support to Program Managers and senior leadership.
• Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation and briefings.
• Analyze cost, schedule, performance, and risk information to support execution.
• Prepare statutory, regulatory, and executive-level acquisition reports.
• Support milestone reviews and governance activities.
• Interface with NAVSEA and other stakeholders on data calls.
• Monitor actions, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Lead acquisition support personnel as assigned.
• Interface with SES and senior government personnel regarding program status.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
