Location: Huntsville, AL, USA | Full Time | Hybrid/Onsite (currently one day onsite per week, subject to change)

Job Description:

The selected candidate will support the STORM Project Office at Thompson Gray as a Senior Acquisition Analyst. Responsibilities include managing contract development, coordination, and management across multiple programs. The role involves developing Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs), ensuring compliance with FAR, DFAR, AFARS, and meeting key milestones such as contract awards and performance targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CRPs including SOWs, PWS, Acquisition Plans, Strategies, J&As, IGEs, market research reports, FRAB certifications, and SCAs.
• Coordinate Data Requirements, including CDRLs and DSLs.
• Contribute to DD-254 security classifications, special contract language, and evaluation criteria.
• Work on contract modifications and scope changes.
• Develop and track CPARS and DPAS entries.
• Coordinate with technical POCs on delivery and quality assurance.
• Coordinate approvals within the project and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, AFARS, and SOPs.
• Manage and upload data in the PCF Database.
• Maintain contract records and review reports and contractor performance.
• Assist in funding reconciliation pre- and post-contract award.

Position Requirements:

• Active Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including Army Contracting or similar.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
