Job summary

Muller Bressler Brown is seeking an ACD/Writer who can take original ideas from concept through execution. You’ll balance leading and doing across hospital systems, financial brands, spirits, and nonprofits, moving between brand platforms, campaigns, headlines, scripts, and pitches.

The role involves leading campaigns from kickoff through production, collaborating with art directors, strategists, accounts and engagement teams, and shaping go-to-market ideas grounded in a strong point of view.

Qualifications

• A portfolio that shows how you think and ideate.
• 7+ years of agency or relevant creative experience.
• A point of view on what makes work worth making.
• The ability to lead with collaboration, not ego.

Responsibilities

• Concept campaigns that go beyond the obvious.
• Lead work from kickoff through production.
• Partner with art directors, strategists, account and engagement.
• Shape go-to-market ideas grounded in a meaningful point of view.
• Present and, more importantly, sell the work.
• Move fast across industries, audiences and tones.
• Direct and mentor other creatives.
