Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Acquisition Head to lead our talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment operations, with a strong focus on innovation and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with business leaders.
- Team Management:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team.
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
- Process Optimization:
- Streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Leverage data analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Employer Branding:
- Strengthen the company's employer brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, AI tools).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in global hiring and diversity recruitment.
- Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
- Familiarity with data-driven hiring and predictive analytics.
