Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of technical level accounting or bookkeeping experience, with at least one year at full-proficiency level.
• Substitution: Accounting Technician Certification substitutes for one year of non-full-proficiency experience.
• Post-secondary education substitutions allow credit for accounting coursework or degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced accounting support for Personal Services, Equipment, and Indirect Cost charges; analyze data and resolve errors.
• Act as Approving Officer; review and validate complex accounting transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
