Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or higher in accounting/finance, bookkeeping, economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or related field
• Option to qualify with two years of accounting work and 15 credit hours in related fields at a technical institute, college, or university

Responsibilities

• Enter data into on-line financial system and process vouchers, requisitions, receipts, and budget items
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
• Assist with budget monitoring and fund balancing
• Reconcile accounts and verify accuracy of transactions
• Maintain financial and account records and provide training as needed
