Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of US GAAP, including purchase accounting and revenue recognition.
• 5+ years of finance process and transformation experience.
• Combination of audit and advisory experience; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations.
• Review and analyze complex contracts.
• Contribute to the review of accounting memoranda and policies.
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures.
