Savant is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist on the Accounting & Business Advisory (SABA) team in St. Charles, IL. The role focuses on monthly accounting, payroll processing, tax-season support, and leadership by mentoring teammates.

• Five+ years of accounting experience in write-up and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accounting: reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, tax client bookkeeping.
• Payroll processing and compliance: client payrolls, tax deposits, W‑2 adjustments.
• Tax-season support: tax-return tracking and data gathering for final returns.
• Mentor and train team members, develop best practices, provide coverage as needed.
• Excellent client communication and service, accurate documentation and logs.
