Savant Capital LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting & Business Advisory team in a full-time, in-person role. Typical hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with longer weeks during tax season to support client needs.

The candidate will prepare federal and state tax returns, assist with financial statements, payroll, and tax research, collaborating with tax staff and wealth advisors to deliver comprehensive client service.

• Experience with tax software and paperless workflows.

The Staff Accountant is part of our Accounting & Business Advisory team that serves as partners in building lifetime relationships with clients. The Staff Accountant delivers tax and consulting services and specialized financial planning to clients and assisting our tax and consulting team and wealth advisors with delivering our Ideal Futures Process to clients. The expected base salary range for this role is $62,800 - $94,200. Actual compensation is determined on an individual basis and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions.
