Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the Finance department, reporting to the Director of Finance. This on-site role involves managing event settlements, cash flow, and comprehensive financial reporting for start-up operations, including ledgers, budgets, and cost analyses.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting or Finance and 5–7 years in public accounting or financial management, with strong supervisory and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting.
• Excellent math skills; high aptitude for figures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
• Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required.
• Strong supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and/or prepares event settlements.
• Reviews and executes checks and deposits; reviews daily cash receipts and disbursements.
• Monitors and projects daily cash flow; invests excess cash as needed.
• Develop and implement all financial reporting for start-up operations, including monthly statements, annual budget and annual report.
• Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers and related accounts.
• Analyze financial performance and cost analyses for all departments; prepare monthly financial statements.
