Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Accounting to deliver timely and accurate accounting services within the Global Business Services Center. You will review contracts, manage CRS and Oracle ledger close, and prepare journal entries while ensuring accuracy in net revenue, rebates and incentives.

Join a global team responsible for month-end close, reconciliations and ad-hoc analyses, driving process improvements and compliance with SOX. Strong GAAP knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US GAAP and current accounting concepts.
• Prior revenue, contra revenue, and/or contract management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Progressive accounting experience in a large, global environment.
• Ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment with deadline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and create customers, deals and incentives in CRS.
• Close CRS sub-ledger and Oracle general ledger; prepare journal entries.
• Prepare and review GL reconciliations.
• Review rebate and incentive payments; validate data.
• Provide customer service to business partners across Mastercard.
