EVgo is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting in Los Angeles to lead multiple accounting teams through the full close cycle and provide technical accounting leadership across a broad portfolio of responsibilities. You will work cross-functionally with the Controller, FP&A, tax, legal, and operations to drive continuous improvement, automation, and ERP initiatives, with travel up to 15%.

Candidates typically have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, 3+ years managing managers, and CPA

Formación

• Typically, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3+ years managing managers or multiple accounting teams.
• Experience in a public company environment with direct Big 4 audit coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP across a broad range of general accounting areas including ASC 360, ASC 842, and financial close.
• Experience leading accounting system implementation or improvement projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-team accounting operations and development of staff.
• Oversee close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules."
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; maintain SOX documentation and testing.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and cross-functional partnering with Controllers, FP&A, tax and legal.
