Job summary

Nuna Baby Essentials, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead and scale our accounting organization in Solana Beach, CA. The role reports to the Controller and focuses on strengthening controls, technical accounting, and scalable processes to support growth.

Responsibilities include driving ICFR, ensuring ASC 606/842 compliance, and overseeing revenue, inventory, and multi-entity accounting. Strong leadership and ERP transformation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing and developing accounting professionals.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research and implementation.
• Experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and ASC 842 Lease Accounting.
• Experience supporting ICFR, audit readiness, and financial compliance initiatives.
• Experience overseeing inventory, fixed assets, revenue accounting, and multi-entity accounting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Drive audit readiness and coordinate internal/external audit activities.
• Lead design and implementation of ICFR and scalable accounting processes.
• Oversee revenue, inventory, fixed assets, leases, and Canadian operations accounting.
• Partner with SAP/ERP transformation teams to optimize processes and controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to align on financial reporting.
