CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is hiring for the role of Accounting Consultant (Engagement Director) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position caters to clients needing interim and project-based accounting services. Candidates should have substantial experience in public accounting and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

The role offers the opportunity to design accounting processes and engage directly with clients while providing flexibility and a competitive compensation package ranging from $50 to $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ten years relative work experience including public accounting.
• Prior industry experience as a CFO, Controller, or equivalent preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource.
• Design/improve accounting processes and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
