Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor on high-impact projects, including M&A transactions, IPO readiness, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and FP&A.
• Partner with Fortune 1000 companies on financial transformation initiatives, helping to stabilize and grow their businesses.
• Utilize expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
• Work in cross-functional teams to execute complex accounting and finance projects.
• Engage with C-suite and senior finance leaders, providing insights and advisory support.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience, either directly from public accounting or a combination of public and corporate experience (must have undergone 3+ busy seasons).
• CPA highly preferred.
• Experience within the Big 4 or another reputable public accounting firm required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on high-level financial projects.
