High Profile, Inc. is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Accounting Associate to join a well-established and collaborative accounting team.

This role offers breadth across the accounting function, providing ownership and exposure to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, billing, treasury activities, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work across multiple areas, gaining hands-on experience and collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with monthly general ledger activity.
• Run monthly trial balances and reconcile general ledger accounts to supporting subledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, post adjusting entries, and reconcile activity to final financial statements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly client fee billings, maintain billed and unbilled fee schedules, and monitor collections.
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor communication, invoice review and entry, and bi-weekly check runs.
• Process and maintain ACH and wire transactions and assist with other treasury-related activities.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for corporate and client accounts.
• Assist with bank account administration and monthly account analysis.
• Coordinate annual 1099 reporting and e-filing.
• Maintain the company's fixed asset records and assist with related reporting.
• Provide support for annual audits and quarterly/annual tax filings.
• Partner with the CFO and accounting leadership on special projects and process initiatives.

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify aSenior Accounting Associate to join a well-established and collaborative accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and exposure to multiple areas of the accounting function.Rather than being limited to one narrow area, this position will work across general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliations, treasury activities, and financial reporting. The role reports directly to the CFO and provides the opportunity to work closely with senior accounting and investment leadership.
