In the role of Senior Accounting Assistant, we'll count on you to:
  • Perform accounting functions such as expense reports, accounts payable, procurement, credit, collections, prevailing wage, supplier set up, budgets, financial planning, general accounting, billing, financial reports etc.
  • Perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment
  • Do routine work and follow detailed instructions
  • Involve the use of computers to maintain financial records and accounting reports
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized and detail‑oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
