  • In collaboration with the Finance Director, lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy to ensure achievement of financial targets and overall profitability.
  • Proactively identify financial issues, challenges, and business opportunities, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
  • Work closely with AR/AP and Accounting Manager to enhance and streamline accounting processes, particularly intercompany and other complex transactions.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Function Managers, helping them strengthen financial control and accountability in their respective areas.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reports.
  • Analyze financial results and provide reports with actionable recommendations to management.
  • Support the Finance Director in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Lead and support key finance initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance and financial KPIs.
  • Own and manage intercompany accounting, including reconciliation of balances and movement tracking.
  • Liaise effectively with external stakeholders such as the Revenue Department, Department of Business Development, Tax Advisors, and Auditors.
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in month-end closing, account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Manage fixed assets, depreciation postings, and generate related reports.
  • Support financial audit and tax filing processes.
  • Monitor and manage account receivables, reduce overdue balances, and improve AR aging.

Account/Financial Strategy Development

Account/Financial Policies, Processes and Controls Management
  • Lead the Thailand Finance team in ensuring all financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet business needs and comply with local and corporate accounting standards, including IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Ensure robust process controls are in place across all financial operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Brands, Talent, Apps) to ensure adherence to financial procedures throughout the organization.
People Management
  • Set clear team and individual KPIs aligned with key business goals; regularly monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and build team capability through coaching, feedback, and tailored development programs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
JOB QUALIFICATION
  • Thai Language : Native
  • English: Advance
  • Have direct experience and an in-depth understanding of Accounting and Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed assets, Audit, BS reconciliation, and Budgeting) for 6-10 years.
  • Experience in the IP (Intellectual Property) or commerce-related industry is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements and reports.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Familiar with usingERP(Oracle-NetSuite is preferable.)
  • Have a goal-oriented mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Solid technical knowledge in Accounting Standards (IFRS and Local GAAP).
  • Proven leadership and team development experience.
  • Strong focus on process improvement and internal controls.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with both external stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams.
