Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
• 4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience; Big 4 public accounting experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of MS Access or similar database tools for querying large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Review plant-level general ledger activity, identifying and following up on variances.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models, workbooks, and automated reporting templates.
• Post journal entries and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly.
• Support annual audit schedules and partner with plant and corporate teams on ad hoc analysis.
