You will lead general accounting activities, maintain ledgers, and ensure accuracy and policy compliance. The role requires 5+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred. Collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of related accounting experience, CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze variances and support annual budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting activities including ledger prep and reconciliation.
• Prepare and report accounting transactions ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Develop and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
• Coordinate internal/external reporting and audits.
• Support annual operating budget development.
• Provide training and document accounting projects.
• Assist with equity compensation and external disclosures.
