The candidate will assist with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements while strengthening internal controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of accounting or financial analysis experience; manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with an ERP system (SAP/4Hanna).
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
