Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
• 6 to 8 years’ experience for Managers in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
• 8+ years’ experience for Senior Managers in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational due diligence for complex transactions.
• Review work prepared by Consultants on operational due diligence.
• Lead and mentor Consultants.
• Interact with clients’ executive team and auditors.
