Job summary

Riveron’s Accounting Advisory team helps clients navigate regulatory and financial reporting changes, delivering tailored solutions across GAAP and IFRS. The role emphasizes collaboration, technical accounting, and strong client engagement in a fast‑moving environment.

You will work on capital markets, divestitures, IPO readiness, and internal controls, providing coaching to peers while driving meaningful improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within an audit and/or industry accounting role.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS.
• Experience with accounting research and writing.
• You have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients as they navigate significant business transformation.
• Conduct research and analysis on complex accounting challenges.
• Partner with clients to support their needs and deliver high‑quality projects.
• Develop memos, analyses, and client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide coaching to junior team members.
