Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial models to forecast cash and liquidity.
• Participates in the credit ratings review and debt issuance processes.
• Manages banking, investment relationships and external communications.
• Develops treasury policies and identifies process improvements.
• Oversees accounting and financial reporting for affiliated entities and coordinates audits.
• Coordinates accounting for employee benefit plans, including pensions and 403(b).
• Coordinates enhancement of accounting systems to improve reporting.
