Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable and payroll.
• Strong technology skills and proficiency with office software.

Responsibilities

• Enter credit card and expense data.
• Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements.
• Verify status of and approval for payment of invoices.
• Code and process deposits; make bank deposits.
• Process payroll.
• Post journal entries; assist with month-end reports.
• Research and correct errors; perform credit checks.
• Sales tax reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
