LAMP seeks an experienced Senior Accountant / Financial & Tax Advisor to manage bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, tax coordination, and compliance for operations in Texas and California. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP and state taxes, and collaboration with leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred, and proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive professional accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and/or tax experience.
• Professional experience supporting businesses operating in both Texas and California.
• Strong knowledge of Texas and California state tax and business compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal taxation and U.S. GAAP.

Mansioni

• Maintain complete and accurate company books and general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and month-end adjustments.
• Lead or oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, revenue, margins, and financial performance.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external CPAs and auditors.
• Advise management on tax planning and financial strategy.
