Job summary

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support SOX 302 and 404 compliance efforts and assist testing of controls.
• Coordinate with system owners to remediate control deficiencies.
• Coordinate audit strategies and assist with external reports.
• Advise business units on internal control issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SOX reviews.
• Evaluate processes and accounting assumptions for efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance operations.
