You will mentor junior staff, improve processes, and contribute to financial reporting for projects and operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight years professional accounting experience, incl. two years in training or instruction.
• Bachelor's degree with four years of accounting experience or higher education track.
• Associate's degree with six years accounting experience.
• Master’s degree with two years accounting experience.
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial statements and oversee ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial operations and recommend policy improvements.
• Review and enhance automated financial statements and reports.
• Support audit preparation with schedules and monthly project revenue/expenditure reports.
• Provide guidance to less experienced accountants at the site.
• Perform additional duties as required.
