Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Senior Accountant in South Florida with 5+ years of accounting experience. The role supports monthly close, GAAP-compliant reporting, and intercompany accounting in a fast-growing team.

The position offers a salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus bonus, flexible remote options within South Florida, and comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate across departments and drive process improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge required; CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post journal entries across income statement, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analyses with a high degree of accuracy
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct variance analysis and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Maintain audit-ready financials and assist with external audits
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for leadership
• Support special projects and ongoing accounting initiatives
