Job summary

Plume is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting Team. You will help shape and scale our financial operations, ensuring accuracy of records, preparing reports, and supporting the company's financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
• Understanding of monthly close processes and GL reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Ramp and/or BILL.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process with in-month and end-of-month activities.
• Manage input of journal entries.
• Perform monthly revenue reconciliation and posting.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Perform all monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain weekly input of bank transactions.
• Perform daily Ramp and BILL entries.
• Assist with annual tax preparation and documentation requests.
• Assist with annual audit process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to developing and implementing best practice accounting procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Finance.
