Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or job-costing environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and WIP/process cost tracking.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and VAT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close and financial reporting in GAAP.
• Lead job costing and WIP analyses for custom projects.
• Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements within the accounting team.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness.
