Sleek is seeking an Accountant to join our Australia team. You will deliver accurate BAS lodgements, maintain clean financial records, and provide clients with clear, actionable financial insights.

You will be the go-to accounting advisor for clients, ensuring support, clarity and confidence throughout the process. With 3+ years of Australian accounting experience, you will manage multiple client portfolios using Xero and Dext, support payroll, and communicate effectively with SME owners while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Australia.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Experience with BAS/IAS lodgements and Australian tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS with GST/payroll reconciliation.
• Maintain full sets of accounts across client portfolio in cloud systems.
• Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams for ledger integrity.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports.
• Provide payroll support and client communication.
• Manage client relationships end-to-end with SME owners.
