Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Accountant to support shared service accounting and drive process transformation through automation and AI-assisted workflows. You will work within a team environment to streamline daily operations across intercompany allocations, cash receipts, payables and payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in accounting, ideally in retail/franchise settings.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• SOX awareness and internal control knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations within shared services.
• Record daily transactions: cash receipts, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany allocations.
• Prepare timely month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support close processes and year-end activities; verify entries.
• Reconcile inter-store/ intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure GAAP compliance.
