Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Greenville accounting team and own critical processes across multiple entities. You will handle payroll, reconciliations, AR, journal entries, commission calculations, fixed assets, and month-end close with close collaboration to the Controller and CFO.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing and accounts receivable a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, including preparation, balancing, and corrections.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile items.
• Manage accounts receivable activities and related reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, intercompany entries, and GL adjustments.
• Prepare commission calculations and maintain fixed asset schedules.
• Assist with audits by providing schedules and documentation.
