Mack Technologies is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team at our Melbourne, FL facility. This role covers tariff tracking, bank reconciliations, and end-to-end payroll processing, with supervisory oversight of Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience supervising Accounts Payable functions.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and report on general accounting activities.
• Process weekly payroll for 400+ employees and ensure compliance.
• Supervise Accounts Payable including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Oversee reconciliations and drive AP process improvements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities.
