Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including payroll and month‑end close.
• Experience with multi‑state payroll and U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, including multi‑state payroll.
• Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation per GAAP.
• Support payroll‑related compliance and audits.
• Prepare GAAP‑compliant month‑end close schedules and assist with close.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide backup for AR/AP functions.
• Review and troubleshoot accounting staff work.
• Assist with intercompany processes and system enhancements.
