This role offers development toward Plant Controller with hands-on experience in month-end close, intercompany accounting, and audit readiness. The successful candidate will assist in journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis for the plant, while collaborating with operations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 4–7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries.
• Prepare monthly intercompany transactions and reconcile related accounts.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Analyze monthly financial results and provide insights to plant and finance leadership.
• Coordinate annual external audits and support tax requirements.
• Support standard cost maintenance and manufacturing accounting activities.
