About tinyBuild: tinyBuild is an indie videogame publisher and developer with global operations. We have a portfolio of over 90 premium titles for PC and consoles, including Hello Neighbor, SpeedRunners, Kingmakers, Graveyard Keeper, SAND, Punch Club, and Potion Craft.

The Role: We are hiring a Senior Accountant to report to the Controller. You will take ownership of core accounting routines such as month-end close and financial reporting, working closely with colleagues in publishing and studio operations to deliver timely, accurate financial insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  2. Conduct regular account reconciliations, promptly identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
  3. Manage timely filings of tax obligations at local, state, and federal levels.
  4. Improve accounting processes in NetSuite and help automate recurring tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  • Experience with NetSuite is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks Online is helpful.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team.
