Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Sr Accountant to join a top client in Fort Worth, TX. The Senior Accountant will be a key contributor within the U.S. Accounting & Reporting team and lead data cleansing, validation, and mapping for GL accounts, cost centers, and strategic customers as we integrate the Alastin business into Oracle ERP. This position ensures a smooth go-live and robust reporting to support the transition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an accounting role within multinational environments and industries.
• 3+ years gathering data and leading business requirements (Business Analyst background).
• Solid understanding of IFRS and U.S. GAAP and ability to apply guidance to moderately complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial master data cleansing, validation and mapping for General Ledger accounts, cost centers and strategic customers.
• Assist with the integration of the Alastin business into the Oracle ERP environment to ensure seamless go-live.
• Build and deliver reporting to support the Oracle transition and business operations.
