Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant or CPA to take ownership of a client portfolio and play a key role in a growing firm. This leadership opportunity offers a track to partnership for the right candidate and a culture that values relationships and career growth.

You will work with diverse clients across industries, providing tax and accounting services, planning and reviewing returns, and mentoring staff in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is a plus—but not required
• 2-4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements
• Strong project management and supervisory experience
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds
• Farm tax experience is a plus—but not required

What You’ll Do
