Job summary

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant or CPA who will take ownership of a client portfolio and contribute to firm growth. This role offers a leadership track with potential partnership for the right candidate.

You will build long-term client relationships and provide tax and accounting services across diverse engagements, including tax prep, audit, bookkeeping, and consulting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting.
• Ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements.
• Strong project management and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients.
• Farm tax experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients.

• Plan, prepare, and review tax returns.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:
