The role focuses on critical accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation functions, with ownership of complex financial analysis and month-end activities.

You'll prepare and analyze financial statements in Excel, perform bank reconciliations, and develop dashboards and executive reports for leadership.

Qualifications

Experience with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger account analysis.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Ability to work with large datasets and independently identify and resolve discrepancies.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform and review bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and validating information against internal reports.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data organization.
Apply a strong understanding of debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
Analyze financial data, perform detailed “tick and tie” procedures, and ensure consistency across multiple reporting sources.
Develop charts, dashboards, and executive-level reports, including exporting deliverables into PDF format for leadership review.
Assist with month-end close activities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
