Job summary

You'll prepare and analyze financial statements in Excel, perform bank reconciliations, and develop dashboards and executive reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger account analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets and independently identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and validating information against internal reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data organization.
• Apply a strong understanding of debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data, perform detailed “tick and tie” procedures, and ensure consistency across multiple reporting sources.
• Develop charts, dashboards, and executive-level reports, including exporting deliverables into PDF format for leadership review.
• Assist with month-end close activities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
