This role involves overseeing revenue entries, managing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting and over 3 years of experience in a nonprofit setting. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a nonprofit environment.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or playing informal leadership roles.

Mansioni

• Oversee revenue entries, cash receipts, reconciliations, and expense allocations.
• Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with the budget process, audit preparation, and analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
