Qualifications

• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with grant accounting and restricted funds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting activities including AR/AP, payroll, investments and grants.
• Prepare and post journal entries and month-end close.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers; generate monthly statements.
• Maintain grants and restricted-fund accounting; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with audits and tax reporting; strengthen internal controls.
