The Bolton Group is seeking a strong Senior Accountant in Elmhurst, Illinois to join its growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will prepare financial reports, evaluate financial results, and lead month-end closing activities.

With a focus on accuracy, you'll handle balance sheet reconciliations, assist with forecasts, and participate in key control documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and over 4 years of related experience, offering a competitive salary of $85-95k plus health/dental benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 4+ years of related accounting experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute customized financial reports.
• Evaluate monthly financial results with CFO & Controller.
• Lead month-end closing activities including journal entries and variance analysis.
