Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts; maintain general ledger integrity.
• Perform inventory accounting activities and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
