Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, month-end close, fixed assets, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze general ledger activity, identify discrepancies, and drive issue resolution.
• Analyze financial statement variances and provide management reporting.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and disposals; support tax and travel expense processes.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve inventory accuracy and costing processes.
