Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• 2 years’ Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
• 2 years’ Payroll experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and close monthly books.
• Code invoices, set up accounts, reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank and customer accounts.
• Assist outside auditors with annual audit.
• Prepare tax forms with federal, state, local agencies.
• Support payroll, fixed assets, and trial balances as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
