Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Sr Accountant - Lease Accounting to manage IFRS 16 lease accounting processes, including lease abstractions, journal entries, and reconciliations. This role is hybrid with three days in the office and a workload of 20–30 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has an accounting degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with lease accounting; SAP experience and Excel proficiency are a plus.

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements

• 1) Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting guidelines and/or Lease Abstraction experience
• 2) Undergraduate (or beyond) degree in accounting

Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility

3-5 or more preferred but can be flexible if specialized in Lease Abstraction over a shorter time and in a comparable industry
